This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially QUIET HOURS (10 pm - 8 am), PARKING LIMITATIONS (1 vehicle at assigned parking spot, others in unassigned spots or at overflow lot at the base of the ski area), no TRASH left outside must be followed. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. -Checkout is 11 am - Unauthorized late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee
-The number of people in the unit cannot exceed the reported guest count without approval
-No events, parties or large gatherings
-Quiet Hours 10 pm - 8 am; $100 fee will be imposed for violations
-At no time is it acceptable for people, instruments, tvs, speakers, or other audio devices to be so loud as to be a nuisance to others.
-1 car maximum; $100 fee per vehicle will be imposed for violations
-Groups with more than one vehicle or trailers are required to utilize overflow parking.
-Guests expected to follow posted speed limits and drive cautiously.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation
-No fireworks; $100 fee for violations
-No open flames on property including grills and fire pits. $250 fee for violation. Electric grills allowed.
-No trash is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations
-Dogs (2 dogs max) subject to $100/dog/stay fee. Dogs that may bark cannot be left alone inside the unit unattended. No other pets allowed. Unauthorized pets subject to $300 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
