This beautiful property which consists of two houses with a pool and hot tub is really something special. It is located on the hillside surrounded by woods and vineyards in the heart of Croatian region Prigorje.
In the main house you can find living room with dining table and exit to terrace. There is also fully equipped kitchen and first bathroom. On the upper level is first bedroom with second bathroom and exit to a balcony with panoramic view of vineyards and hills.
In the annex house there is second bedroom with third bathroom and big window which gives you nice panoramic view as well. Beetween the annex house and the main house there is second terrace with outside dining area.
On the first terrace there is a hot tub, outdoor shower and tables with chairs. In front of the terrace there is a pool with sun lounges and tables. Nearby there is also big brick grill and a barrel table with wooden chairs. Whole property is fenced so here you can enjoy in your privacy and peace.
Location of the property is ideal for nature lovers because you can take a lot of beautiful walking and cycling paths. Area is famous for its wine roads and good food but if this is not enough you can take a daytrip to Croatian capital city Zagreb which is nearby.
