Everyone enjoys a big opening number and this vibrant four-bedroom home introduces itself with a bang — or at least an eye-catching, smoky-blue exterior. From a seamless blending of tones to the expanses of glass, everything here has been thoughtfully designed to maximise on space and light, without compromising on comfort. And if that’s not tempting enough, there’s the sun-drenched patio terrace, lush garden, and large driveway — making this the perfect family pad for those looking to get comfy during their city stay. Charmingly down-to-earth Kensal Green sits on your doorstep, keeping things refreshingly tourist-free whilst offering a mix of hip restaurants, pleasant parks, and a fast train into town from nearby Kensal Rise.
An eye for detail is the genius behind this home. Slick, light-filled interiors lifted by vivid accents keep things fresh and inviting throughout. Sweeping bay windows at the front and an impressive, industrial-style glass wall onto the patio, bathe the ground floor in sunlight. Every room has been thoughtfully designed, with our frontrunners being the living room, with its pastel palette and striking art, and the kitchen, with its colour contrasts, parquet flooring, and sleek island. Design-focused it may be but there’s plenty of room for comfort too — just look at that Scandi-style snug by the patio windows, or the cosy little reading nook overlooking the garden in the fourth bedroom. There’s no shortage of dining options either, with alfresco patio furniture and a generously-sized kitchen table, where you can still enjoy garden views — if not garden weather. Each bedroom boasts its own style, with the top floor nudging its way to first place through a skilful blend of charcoal tones, light wood, and bonus luxuries like a TV and ensuite. The bathrooms are all gleaming examples of clean lines and glossy design, along with those trademark daubs of colour.
We love...
Much as there is to admire inside, the outside deserves some love too, with its roomy patio, sheltered dining table, and manicured garden.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! The gardener will pop in occasionally to keep things looking trim. The third bedroom features a double sofa for two guests. The fourth bedroom has a small double sofa bed best suited to one. This home is ideal for families with children but please don’t play ball games on the lawn. The log burner in the living isn’t for guest use. There’s a handy separate laundry room (not pictured). Three rooms will be locked, one on the ground floor, one on the first, and one on the second.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
