Oasis 21: Oceanfront with Pool

This beautiful second floor condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is only 100 feet from the ocean! It is newly decorated with a beachy feel. Being a corner unit, you’ll have the added benefits of extra windows (and sunlight and ocean breezes) and a more private balcony. The dining area seats four comfortably and there are bar stools for the extras who like counter-height seating. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the guest room and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a TV in all three areas. There is a well - stocked kitchen including essential cooking oils and spices, and a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a workstation for you to use should the need arise along with free WIFI and cable. It offers a spacious ocean view with a private walkway to the beach. The property includes great amenities including multiple pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, and grilling areas. It is fifteen minutes to the center of St. Augustine which is just far enough away for quiet beach time. Please note: There is no elevator, guests must be able to climb one flight of stairs. Two parking passes are provided. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet. Certified service animals are allowed free of charge, but as a courtesy please let us know ahead of time if traveling with one.
