A most magnificent kitchen with large center island invites the most discerning of chefs and gives the family a fabulous place for friends to gather and enjoy. True hardwood floors. Italian leather recliners and sofa in the living room give a rich and comfortable presence and are wonderfully tempting to curl up and enjoy a lazy day. The Trolley passes in front of Cobalt Cottage and is enchanting to listen to the sounds of St Augustine as they pass by telling the history of our street and town. A stroll into commercial downtown exudes charm with the clip clop of the horses hooves pulling a buggy. We invite you to discover our Nation’s Oldest City in all its charm!

This home is in a charming neighborhood of historic makeovers, brand new modern homes and homes that have stayed exactly the same for years as they are passed down in the family. You are a very short walk to downtown and St George Street with all the shops and restaurants. Fabulous place to watch the Nights of Lights which is everyone’s favorite time of year, mid November until end of January.
This home has 4 spaces for cars to park off street so you can bring a car, however it is totally walkable to everything downtown. Just over the bridge you will find Anastasia Island where you will enjoy our beautiful beaches. Downton also has horse and buggy rides, red trolly and green trolly which take you to places downtown and also one of them will take you to the island.
While parking spaces downtown may be few and far between, at Cobalt Cottage you will find room to park 4 cars tandem on the side of the house. Also, the proximity to St George Street (please check it out), the marina and everything downtown is all within walking distance of this charming home.
