Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Intracoastal on the other, it is a sleepy little setting close to beautiful beaches and a good walk to historic downtown, where you can get swept away with the stories of people and architecture from 100s of years ago. There, shops and local artistry line the streets and so many restaurants with tantalizing scents and aromas wafting out their doors to tempt you to try their specialties. One as sumptuous as another…The clip clop of horses hooves as the horse and buggies meander past on the cobblestone streets give a graphic depiction of what this may have looked and felt like days gone by. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
