The third floor is comprised of three bedrooms - A king room with a luxurious private en suite (bath and walk-in shower) and walk-in closet, a bunk room that sleeps up to eight people across four full beds, and a queen room with a full bathroom and closet. The third floor landing area also has a mini fridge and coffee station. The fourth floor roof access is the perfect way to soak in the pristine views of the gulf, as well as the area’s picture-perfect sunsets. The space boasts seating for six, as well as a large smart TV, drinks fridge, wet bar, and ice maker. AMENITIES: The home provides plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, beach games, a beach wagon, etc.) towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, and 2-car driveway. The garage hosts four brand-new premium beach cruisers and can house a golf cart if one is rented. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time. Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposes fines on guests found to be doing so. Quiet hours for this community are from 10PM to 8AM CT. Please be respectful of neighbors within the community. Persistent violations of noise ordinances may result in eviction.
