Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
  • Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
  • Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily
  • No outside golf carts or RVs are allowed within the community.
  • Do not hang towels or leave beach gear on porches/balconies.
  •  
  • Trash container lids must always be fully closed (not overflowing) and fully secured with the bear-proof straps provided. Only place out trash cans the evening before trash collection days (Mondays and Thursdays).
  • This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
  • Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that you possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
