With a fabulous location in the coveted Montañar II area, this is the perfect holiday home for small groups of friends or families. Located over two floors, this terraced house gem can accommodate 5 people and offers three light-filled bedrooms, two contemporary bathrooms (one en suite) and a convenient ground floor bathroom. Air conditioning, ceiling fans and a private underground parking space are just some of the little luxuries that come with the property.
Would we mention the excellent location? A short walk from Arenal, Cala Blanca and the wonderful rocky seafront promenade of Montañar II, guests have many options when it comes to planning an entertaining day or evening.
The relaxing and interconnected spaces are key features of the ground floor of Montañar Mar. Guests can easily move from the lush front and rear terraces to the open-plan living-dining room and adjacent kitchen. Sit and watch television on the comfortable sofa or have a drink in the afternoon on the kitchen terrace while contemplating a dip in the pool. Overlooking the gardens and pools, the convenient location of the largest garden terrace makes holidays with small children a stress-free affair.
JH loves the central location and wooded environment of this happy and relaxing home. 😊
JH Advice: Montañar Mar is located just 250 metres from Ático Salónica and 150 metres from the complex where Cofisa Coral, Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar are located. If you’re coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

About the area
Xàbia (also known as Jávea), a coastal town in Spain's Costa Blanca, is a gem that offers a delightful mix of historical charm, natural beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, Xàbia is divided into three main areas: the old town, the port, and the beach area, each with its own unique allure.
The old town of Xàbia is a journey back in time with its narrow, winding streets and gothic buildings, such as the fortress-like Church of San Bartolomé. This area is a testament to the town's rich history, with its ancient walls and historical museums that provide insight into the lives of its past inhabitants.
The port area, known as Aduanas del Mar, is a bustling hub where fishing boats and yachts coexist. It's a perfect spot to savor fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The port also features the modernist Casa del Cable, which now serves as an exhibition hall.
For beach lovers, the sandy Arenal Beach is the main attraction with its palm-lined promenade, lively bars, and restaurants. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, while the surrounding coves, such as Granadella and Portitxol, offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving.
Nature enthusiasts will be drawn to the Montgó Natural Park, which towers over Xàbia and provides a stunning backdrop to the town. The park is a haven for hikers and wildlife watchers, with its diverse flora and fauna and panoramic views of the coastline.
Xàbia's microclimate is considered one of the best in the world by the World Health Organization, making it an ideal destination year-round. The town also hosts various cultural events and festivals, such as the lively Fiesta de San Juan in June, which celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires and fireworks.
For those interested in art and architecture, Xàbia does not disappoint. The town has inspired many artists, including the famous Spanish painter Joaquín Sorolla, who captured its landscapes in his works.
In summary, Xàbia is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of historical depth, natural splendor, and a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Whether you're looking to explore its cultural heritage, relax on its beautiful beaches, or enjoy outdoor activities in a picturesque setting, Xàbia caters to all tastes and preferences.
