Villa Pakatoa; A spacious, light-filled villa set amid lush gardens and mature shrubs, offering complete privacy and a sense of seclusion from the moment you step onto the grounds. The expansive courtyard and distinctive kidney-shaped pool immediately capture your attention, enhanced by a modern heating system for year-round enjoyment. Framed by graceful Andalusian-style arches and vibrant bougainvillea, the outdoor space exudes charm and elegance in every detail.
The main living area has three of the bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the same level as the courtyard and pool. The living room is very large with two separate sitting areas and an attractive dining room with a beautiful glass table for 10 people. The large fourth and fifth bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs, are located on the lower level, and accessed by an internal staircase. The villa has air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms and rest areas. Wi-Fi (fibre speeds) and smart televisions in several languages are also available. An EV charging port is also available on site for fully electric or hybrid vehicles.
There is a good supermarket in the surroundings. Other shops, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes by car. About 3 km away is the Arenal beach, which offers sand and sea, an extraordinarily lively and vibrant atmosphere, nightlife for young and not-so-young people and a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are also worth a visit. This part of the Costa Blanca now has many excellent golf courses, the nearest being just 10 minutes by car.
Advice JH: Villa Pakatoa is located just 350 metres from Casa del Limonero. If you are coming with a large family, booking both of them could be a good option!
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.
2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, lasting more than 31 nights, have a special discount and do NOT include utilities (electricity, water, gas) or weekly bed linen changes. The use of services is paid upon departure.
