This beautiful one-bedroom apartment in Ibizan style is a step away from the rocky beaches of Montañar II in Jávea, and a 10-minute walk from the main sandy beach, bars and restaurants of the popular Arenal.
The interior, fully equipped and beautifully decorated, has everything necessary for a perfect stay and much more. Air conditioning and 43" smart TVs in the bedroom and living room, a Sonos Bluetooth speaker, capsule and filter coffee machines, all kitchen conveniences, and a spacious bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
Enjoy your morning coffee from one of the two balconies of the Cofisa Coral, which offers panoramic views of the sea, neighbouring rooftops and the communal gardens and swimming pool. Located on the fourth floor, accessible by lift or stairs, the apartment benefits from the fresh sea breeze during the summer months and the low sun during autumn and winter. Unassigned parking within the development is free with the rental of this property. Please note that when parking is at maximum capacity, it may be necessary to park your vehicle on the roadside outside the development.

Advice JH: Cofisa Coral is located in the same complex as Cofisa Great Blue and Cofisa Vista Mar, and just 150 metres from Montañar Mar, Montañar Beach, Terraza Salonica and Ático Salónica. If you’re coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
Important notice(s) - 1/ Please note that in this property, groups of people under 25 years old are not allowed. This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property. If you do not comply with this requirement and confirm the booking, you will be denied entry to the establishment upon arrival and will lose all right to a refund.
2/ Winter bookings between 1 November and 31 March, lasting more than 31 nights, have a special discount and do NOT include utilities (electricity, water, gas) or weekly bed linen changes. The use of services is paid upon departure.
