This home has an open floor plan with multiple areas to hang out and relax starting with the main room and kitchen as well as a screened in back porch and adjoining open deck where you can sip your morning coffee listening to the birds. There is even an outdoor covered seating area with a large flat screen TV nestled under the house that comfortably seats up to 6 people to watch their favorite TV shows and enjoy their go-to beverage. With these 2 common spaces / living areas, there is plenty of space for everyone. The 3 bedrooms are conveniently located directly off the main room and kitchen. The beach access is a quick 5 minute drive away. To quickly get there, use the brand new complimentary 6 person golf cart provided as part of the rental. This home is dog friendly so your furry family members can join you on your fun & sun filled vacation. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. **Linens & bath towels are included for free in the reservation** **Must be 21 years or older to operate the golf cart. Prior to receiving the keys, 2 people must provide their license and signature after reading the rules & laws for OKI. We will also do a walkthrough of the golf cart to ensure you understand how to properly operate the vehicle. This is required to get the keys.** **Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with (3) EXTERNAL ONLY Security Cameras. They may be used in the event of an accident or emergency.
