ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY Just 2 km away from the Highway you drive into the courtyard and reach a big gate at the beginning of the narrow way that drives in the wood directly to your chalet. ( CIR 023001-LOC-00017 ). LIVING SPACES The living area welcomes you at your arrival in the colors of wood that greet you as you walk in the front door. Here, you and your family can relax on one of the sofas in the inside living area or you can enjoy the green of the wood and of the olive grove surrounding the property from the outdoor sofa on the terrace in from of the house, connected with a large glass door. The living room is completed with a great television with international channels. The open kitchen is decorated in wooden and equipped with all the amenities to prepare a large dinner for the family and is completed by a Gas BBQ just in front of the terrace. Complete with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, and all typical kitchen items, you’ll have everything you need here to create feasts for your family vacation. You can enjoy your meal and your dinner inside the living room or on the spacious terrace protected by a big sun umbrella Savor those delicious creations together at the modern dining table for 8, adjacent to the kitchen and with beautiful views of the lush, green outdoors. If you prefer, use the dining table just outside the front door and have an alfresco meal in the fresh air. Wifi is offered in all the house. BEDS AND BATHS Casa del Bosco offers 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in showers. The primary bedroom has a wooden double bed with bedside tables and lamps, as well as a large dresser. The second bedroom with two old iron single beds, a night table and lamp, and a dresser. On the second floor, the large master bedroom will welcome you with his high wooden double bed and his private terrace facing the olive trees. An ensuite private bathroom with a shower completes the room. The mezzanine is open in the living room and is furnished with two nice single beds for your children or your teenagers. In one bathroom there is a washing machine for your convenience. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Life is all about the outdoors at Casa del Bosco! We offer multiple spots to simply lounge around with the sun on your face, and surrounded by your loved ones, as you relax, slow down, and enjoy the slow pace of nature. You’ll find peace here. The guest in the property has nearly 250 Olive trees and 4000 sm of wood to disposal. Enjoy! There is a lot of space to park on the property. The Neighborhood Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with a multitude of attractions like Legoland, Peppa Pig Land, an aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure opening in 2022, is about 20 km away.
