An excellent choice for those who want to stay near points such as Allianz Park, Pacaembu, Perdizes, Barra Funda, Latin American Memorial, Bourbon Shopping Mall and more. Guest access All guests who rent our apartment will have exclusive access to the space. Other observations * We offer bed linen and bath. Upon entering the apartment, the guest will find an integrated environment with a TV room, dining room and home office space. In the living room we accommodate up to 2 people, 1 on a sofa bed and 1 on a single bed. The environment has blackout curtains for greater comfort. Next to the dining room, we have a full kitchen with table and utensils needed for a practical stay. At the back, there is a service area with a sink and washing machine. In a separate room, there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and portable air conditioning. The bathroom is opposite this room. We do not have a parking space, however, it is possible to park in the paid parking lot next to the entrance to the building. There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location. The Santa Cecília neighborhood is easily accessible to other regions of São Paulo and encompasses a variety of cultural and gastronomic tourism options.
