This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Malaga, right in the historic center. Its location is exceptional, just 50m walk from Museum Carmen Thyssen and 200m from Plaza de la Constitución, in the pedestrian zone at Calle San Telmo 10. In a few steps you can find the main attractions of the most cosmopolitan city in the south of Spain, such as Calle Larios, the Cathedral or the Picasso Museum.
It is a one-bedroom apartment of 55m2 with a courtyard view, which makes the interior quiet from the street noise. The living room is spacious and comfortable with two areas: dining, which features designers’ table and modern chairs and relaxation area with sofa bed, armchairs, designers’ coffee table, flat screen tv and large windows that bring a lot of light into the house.
Kitchen is connected with a living room for convenience and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and a toaster. All tables and consoles are produced from reclaimed materials, have modern design and are unique hand-made furniture. Interior is kept in tasteful simplistic modern decor with original paintings painted by Polish artist especially ordered for this apartament.
The bedroom features a big king size bed equipped with 100% ECO cotton bed linen, two designers’ bed side tables with lamps and a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.
The bathroom offers a comfortable walk-in shower as well as modern ceramics and faucets.
