The Cliff House

Welcome to The Cliff House! This newly built home in the Millers Ridge community is ready to be your private retreat. Into the entryway leads to the kitchen on the right and the living room straight ahead. The kitchen has spacious counters for meal prep or gathering at the bar. The dining table seats eight and can extend to 12’ for additional space. In the living room, there a gas log fireplace with the TV mounted above the mantle. The owner provides a Spectrum account with streaming and 25+ channels. On the main level is the king suite with walk in closet. The attached bath has a tiled shower and double, granite vanity. There is a small study near the entry with with a sofa if anyone desires a space for work or reading, and a half bath with laundry across the hall. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms. The second full bath is in the hallway between them with a tiled tub/shower and double granite vanity. The main level deck wraps around 3 sides of the home, with half being covered dining space and grill and half open. Views of the nearby mountains and the cliffs below are visible from the deck. In the nearby garage is a ping pong table for guest. Additional Notes: -This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. - Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am. - All homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months, and chains may be necessary to access the home in winter months. The drive is paved, but steep downhill. Please plan accordingly. - Guests returning to The Cliff House may receive a discount to the rent of 5%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent. - POA requires a 7 night stay.
