This incredible 5-bedroom holiday villa is located in the southwest of the island with stunning views of the small harbour and the turquoise bay of Portals Vells. You can enjoy the fantastic views from several terraces and the pool, also comfortably from the living room with its comfortable furnishings, and also from some of the bedrooms. The villa has been modernly renovated and decorated in an inviting Mediterranean style, with every piece of furniture and fixtures of the highest quality. The spacious living room is connected by a few steps to the dining room and outdoor area. The master suite has a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub overlooking the sea and an elegant walk-in wardrobe. In total there are 4 bathrooms and a toilet. The bright, modern rooms give a feeling of pure holiday. The infinity pool is ideal to enjoy here with your loved ones the view of the bay of Portals Vells and the landscape of wild pine forests stretching on the horizon. In addition, various terraces on different levels offer the opportunity to retreat and find oases of tranquillity. Next to the pool, besides sun loungers and chill zones, there is also the barbecue area with dining table and summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco meals in the shade of the veranda. Both the indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are equipped with Sonos and BOSE music systems. The villa also has a big screen TV in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. Enjoy the peace and relaxation and let your gaze wander over the turquoise bay and the blue sea while sipping a glass of wine. In 3 minutes you can walk to the bay and go swimming.
