Welcome to Creeksong Cabin!
Perched on over three acres nestled along the banks of a creek, this secluded escape boasts rustic charm and modern amenities for the perfect getaway to North Carolina’s Blue Ridge Mountains. Immerse yourself in the natural soundscape of the rippling creek and bird calls while enjoying the quiet intimacy of morning coffee on the front porch. A two-tiered deck and separate patio area promise hours of family gathering and entertainment, with plenty of patio seating including an outdoor dining table and firepit. The main floor living area features an open kitchen and living room layout. The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Plush, leather furniture and a wood stove are centered around a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.
On the main level is a full bathroom with a new private shower (not yet shown in photos) and a bedroom with queen bed, sofa, and TV. In the hallway is a half bath with toilet and sink for guests. Upstairs is a full bathroom with a shower and a bedroom to each wing. On the left is a queen bed with TV and a Juliette balcony. On the right is a bedroom with two twin beds and a TV.
The lower level holds the laundry center with a shower and sink. There is also a small game room with foosball!
Off the living room, a fantastic Carolina sunroom offers cozy comfort in any season - catch the winter rays and warm up after a long day of skiing and hiking or spend summer mornings, listening to the creek and waterfall. To the right is the open, large deck. To the left, steps down to the metal fire pit with chairs. A large clearing off the bend in the driveway features a natural stone firepit. Across the road on the owner’s property are newly built steps leading down to the creek.
When you want to explore, there’s no shortage of things to do, see, and experience. Enjoy easy access to downtown Banner Elk and some of the best hiking in the area, including Elk River Falls. Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster is a family favorite. Boone and Blowing Rock are an easy day trip away.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs or cats for additional rent of $25 per night per animal. Animals must be crated when not attended..
- Check In after 4pm. Check Out by 10am.
- The driveway is steep but paved in the Fall of 2025. AWD/4WD and potentially chains may be necessary to access this home in times of snow or ice due to the incline.
- Firewood for the fire pit or wood stove may be purchased at the time or booking or by reaching out more than one week in advance. You will receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles of firewood and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- There is one exterior security camera overlooking the driveway/parking area of this home.
