Welcome to Antler Ridge at Eagles Nest!
This beautiful, newly built home is found a short walk from the Eagles Nest Winery, in the gated Vineyard Village community. With three suites, new hot tub, game area, large deck, and outdoor fireplace, you may never want to leave!
Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard neighborhoods.
With only a step to enter the main door from the flat, circular drive, you will enter the open concept great room. Spacious, vaulted, tongue and groove ceilings are met by the rising gas fireplace with two full size sofas situated around the fireplace and mounted 75-inch smart TV.
The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double ovens, a pot filler faucet over the range, beverage fridge, Keurig, and leathered granite counters. The dining table seats eight, and there is seating for five at the large island nearby. The laundry center and mud room off the kitchen leads to a second outside entrance. The first bedroom is a king suite on the main level. Guests have private deck access with a brand new hot tub just a step away, ceiling fan and a 65-inch smart TV in the room. The private bath has a tiled shower with two showerheads, double granite vanity, heated floors, and a separate water closet for privacy.
Upstairs is a loft with a recreational area. Relax and have fun playing video games, board games or a game of pool. The second king suite has a 65-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable leather chair inviting you to curl up and finish your favorite novel. The attached bath has a tiled combination tub/shower and double granite vanity. The third bedroom is the bunk suite with a 42-inch smart TV, twin over twin bunk with a trundle underneath and a twin over full bunk sleeping up to 6 in this room. This bath has a tiled shower and double granite vanity.
Outside is great space on the large deck with views of the mountains in each direction and a brand-new hot tub. You will have use of the brand new 8-person hot tub, the wood burning fireplace and a mainlined gas grill, so you never have to worry about running low. Dine outside at the table and chairs or hang out on the comfortable cushioned sofa, loveseat and chair and watch your team play on the 65-inch smart TV.
Eagles Nest offers great hiking trails that can either be hiked by foot or explored by ATV... some leading to beautiful waterfalls! There is something for everyone.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into the home.
- This home does not include access to or use of the garage.
- Guests may use the Tesla EV charger with universal end.
- A whole-house generator has been installed for peace of mind.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months, and chains may also be necessary in times of snow or ice.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Firewood may be added at time of booking or by calling at least 1 week in advance. $25 for 2 bundles of firewood and 1 firestarter.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- This homeowner uses a set of exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. There are 5 cameras in total. First is located on the front door providing sight to the front door entryway and driveway. The second is located in the top right hand corner by the garage door which provides sight to the entryway driveway and garage door. The third is located on the right hand side of the house left corner which provides sight to the yard on the right and driveway. The fourth is located on the crawlspace door which provides sight to the back yard and underneath a portion of the porch. The fifth camera is located on the left side of the house on the right hand side. This provides sight to the left yard and steps leading to the yard- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
