Walk into the living room with comfortable sectional seating around the gas log fireplace. Above the mantle is a mounted, flat-screen TV to catch your favourite game or movie. The wall of windows lets in an abundance of natural light, or step onto the deck for some direct sunshine. The kitchen has granite counters, new appliances, and room for two at the bar. Just beyond is the dining table. On the main level, you’ll find a king bedroom with it’s own TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. Just outside of the door is the entrance to the full bath with a tub/shower combination.
Upstairs is the queen suite, also with a TV, mini-split, and ceiling fan. The attached bathroom has shower for guests’ use. Downstairs in the bunk area, with a twin over twin with trundle and a full sized bed. There is a sofa and mini-split for comfort. The garage is accessed from the lower level and is set up as a game room with a ping pong table. Enjoy the view and the decks, or head to the hot tub next to the home and soak in the views. Also on the property is a mountain creek, which you can hear from the grounds.
