Northern Exposure features an open great room that flows seamlessly into the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and then out to a covered outdoor sitting area on the large main level deck. Wide panel, distressed hardwood floors throughout the main living area are paired with the stacked Tennessee fieldstone of the floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace, all framed by a tongue and groove Heart of Pine cathedral ceiling. Exquisite granite counters, top of the line stainless steel appliances and bar seating make for an impressive yet very comfortable kitchen, perfect for entertaining family and friends.
The main level of Northern Exposure offers a full guest suite, as well as laundry. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

- Dogs are welcome for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet. Max of two, mature dogs.
- Home is located roughly 7 miles from The Lodges at Eagles Nest main gate.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Four night minimum for major holidays. Minimum night stay and rates may vary by season and subject to change without notice.
- All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to a $50 - $200 amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guest have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
- Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
- The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
