The Four One Two Lodge at The Lodges at Eagles Nest! This luxury 6 Bedroom/6.5 Bath home offers nearly 4,242 square feet of living space resting on a spacious 2.76 acres at nearly 4,500 feet of elevation. The owners, award-winning architects in their own right, meticulously designed the home to offer the perfect balance of interior sophistication blended seamlessly with exterior hardwood siding, rugged stone and rusted metal roof that are so natural to the NC High Country.
Featuring 4 master suites on 3 levels, plus a bunk room, casual game room and additional detached guest quarters, the Four One Two Lodge is perfect for a large family or multiple families to stay together in complete comfort and privacy. The foyer steps into a great room with wood burning fireplace and wet bar. Just steps away, the stacked wall oven and gas range stove/oven of the kitchen are convenient to the country sink and exquisite marble counter tops of the casual bar dining and serving area. Pocket doors slide completely into hidden recesses to seamlessly join the kitchen with the covered outdoor living and dining space, offering wood burning fireplace and outdoor TV (not available for use in the winter). It is all framed by a backdrop of breathtaking rolling mountain and sunset views as far as the eye can see. The Four One Two Lodge is truly one of the most unique homes offered in The Lodges at Eagles Nest and throughout the High Country.
** The Four One Two Lodge is NOT pet friendly. If a pet is discovered in the home, it will be considered a material breach of contract and the tenant will be subject to expedited eviction without refund. Tenant will be charged a $500.00 pet fee and held responsible for additional necessary cleaning and flea treatment charges, any lost income while home is being cleaned, and any additional expenses of restoring the property to satisfactory condition, as determined by the property manager. If upon check-out inspection it is discovered that a pet has been in the home, all same charges will apply. **
