The Trinity is an amazing luxury mountain rental located 5300ft above sea level on Sugar Mountain, and offers all that you will desire! If you are looking for the perfect vacation home for your family and friends, this is definitely it! The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps up to 14 people. We are located only minutes from the slopes of Sugar Mountain for winter skiing and snow tubing , or summer mountain biking, hiking or golf. Located in Banner Elk, we are close to many tourist attractions including: Grandfather mountain, Tweetsie Railroad, Linville Falls/Caverns, Beech mountain, Hawk’s Nest, Boone, Blowing Rock and many others attractions.
As you enter the home, you are welcomed by an open floor plan with white-oak flooring and cathedral ceilings that creates the perfect environment for family interaction. You will not be disappointed with the details of the mountain décor provided in each room. There are large flat screen HDTV’s located in the living room and each bedroom, a large floor to ceiling rock fireplace in the living room with wet bar, pool table, Golden Tee Golf game, video arcade game with over 60 games, video/electronic pinball game featuring 434 different game choices, and a large hot tub. The property itself is flat, offering a great option for outdoor play and there is a newly built patio and stone fireplace for roasting marshmallows and sharing fireside stories, a basketball goal for your enjoyment.
The living room has cathedral ceilings with wood beams, comfortable seating and a floor to ceiling stack stone fireplace with gas logs. There is a large Roku TV with a Choice Xtra satellite package that offers many HD channels as well as local, movie and sports channels. Wi-fi is also provided. The formal dining has a table for eight, while the kitchen still offers a second table for either, along with three new barstools.
The spacious kitchen is separated from the living room area by a high bar that allows for interaction whether you are cooking a meal or relaxing in front of the fireplace. Here you will also find tall beam cathedral ceilings, large windows and a door that puts you on the deck for grilling or outdoor dining. There are custom cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cooking pans, utensils and dishes to make cooking a meals easy.
The garage has been converted to a second living area and game room. It has newly installed carpet, the pool table with fresh felt, an 86" TV, and a second fridge for guests to use.
Five bedrooms and four full bathrooms (sleeps 14. See accommodations for description of rooms) A laundry area with full Washer and Dryer is on site. Large outdoor deck with gas grill, outdoor dining, 7 person hot tub, basketball goal, corn hole game and a patio with wood burning fireplace surrounded by a semi-circle rock wall and Adirondack chairs for plenty of seating for cozying up to the fire while roasting marshmallows or sharing stories with your family and friends!. Covered front porch with bench seating.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- This home has one exterior security camera mounted above the front porch monitoring the parking area only.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
