The Neighborhood
Kelvin Heights is a gorgeous and safe area located in Tāhuna/Queenstown with views of Lake Whakatipu, Kawarau River, The Remarkables, Coronet Peak and the remaining surrounding hills all the way along the main road (Peninsula Road) and adjacent streets. At the end of the road is also the well renowned 'Queenstown Golf Club' which sits proudly on the Kelvin Heights peninsula. This features public walkways and cycleways, lake front sculptures, local historic sites and a popular sheltered beach and boating area.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Terms and conditions provided before arrival, please read through.
- This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am.
- As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply:
- No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.
- All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am.
- The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am.
