Welcome to beautiful Evergreen at Eagles Nest, a beautiful home where every detail has been lovingly designed with your comfort in mind! Located in the popular and conveniently located section of the Overlook in Eagles Nest, near the North Pavilion and Winery.
Enjoy stunning mountain views from nearly every room in the house. Evergreen faces east so you will experience gorgeous sunrise views. The main level offers a family room with floor to ceiling windows, leather seating for 8, a gas fireplace, and 55” SmartTV. Cooking is a breeze in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there’s room for 6 at the dining table with room for 4 more at the bar. There’s also a half bath off the family room.
With a King master bedroom on each floor, wake up to beautiful views every day. The main level master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, and double granite vanities. The third bedroom is on the upper level and features a set of built in twin bunk beds, and the second full bath is shared by the King and Twin bedrooms on this floor. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or connecting your own devices, and of course there’s also a full Cable TV package in every room. There’s additional sleeping accommodations in the loft on the Queen size sofa sleeper.
The outdoor living here is just as fabulous as the indoor! Enjoy roasting marshmallows at the newly expanded outdoor living space, with custom built firepit, or soaking away your cares in the Bullfrog Spas hot tub. Relax and take in the long range layered mountain views. If the fog rolls in you can still watch your favorite shows outside on the 55” Smart TV, sitting by the gas fireplace, on the amazing covered deck.
Evergreen at Eagles Nest is perfectly located in the new Overlook section of the development, which is right across the street from the ever-popular North Pavilion which offers basketball and tennis courts, a dog park, helipad, the Sportsman’s Lodge and Bistro, and so much more. The Eagles Nest Winery and Off Road Adventures (UTV rentals) is within walking distance, just a quarter mile away from this home. Access to Beech Mountain has never been quicker thanks to the brand new Mountain Pass Road connecting Beech Mountain and Eagles Nest. Go from Evergreen to the Beech Mountain slopes in less than 15 minutes! Please note that to return home, guests must travel through Banner Elk and the front gate.
The Eagles Nest community offers a wonderful retreat with as much relaxation or adventure as you desire. With the main gate only 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk, you will have quick access to loads of fun on both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be added by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge. That is for member use only.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
