Enter easily with just three steps from the parking area into the open-concept main level, where you’ll find a welcoming great room featuring a cozy stacked stone gas fireplace, plush seating, an HDTV, and sliding glass doors that open to a panoramic deck. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, solid quartz countertops, and a sleek stone backsplash. Whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick snack, you’ll find everything you need. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats eight—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure.

Bag End offers three luxurious king bedrooms and a fun bunk room, providing privacy and comfort for all:
- Main Level King Bedroom: Ensuite with a full bath, also accessible from the living area.
- Lower Basement Level: Includes a second king suite and a cozy bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks—great for kids or teens. A shared bathroom with double vanities and a tiled shower completes the level.
- Top Floor Master Suite: A tranquil retreat featuring a spa-inspired bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, dual vanities, and a custom-tiled shower. This floor also includes a spacious loft area and another half bath.

The upper loft area offers a quiet space for reading or relaxing, while the lower-level game room brings the fun with air hockey, foosball, and a classic Pac-Man arcade game. There is also a third living area in the lower level complete with a TV and a small pull out couch.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

Additional Notes:
- Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Bag End has two bedrooms per its septic permit, but also has two additional private sleeping areas for a total of four sleeping bedrooms.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

-CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
