The Sheltered Elk in Eagles Nest
New construction in Overlook, near the North Pavilion.
The Sheltered Elk is a beautiful two-story home located at The Overlook section of the prestigious gated community, The Lodges at Eagles Nest. This home offers views, access to one of a kind amenities, and custom finishes.
The fully equipped kitchen provides cooking essentials and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher, plus the dining area and island bar provides plenty of seating for your friends or family. You’ll find a Keurig coffee pot along with extras like a waffle maker, a crock pot, blender, and serving bowls. Relax in the family room to watch your favourite show or read a book by the fireplace. A half bath is on the main floor for ease of access.
The master bedroom is located on the main floor off the living room. It has gorgeous double vanities, a soaking tub, and a custom tiled walk-in shower with a rainhead arm.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with two queen beds. The loft features a foosball table, TV, and two chairs in which to relax. There is a full bath upstairs for both areas. A tiled tub/shower combo, and double vanities are in this large bathroom, with a water closet for additional privacy.
Outside is a private deck for you to enjoy. Cook up some dinner on the new Weber grill, or relax around the fire table. There is a small creek in the backyard, as well as a fire pit.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
-Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- AWD/4WD and/or chains recommended during winter
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This property has two exterior security cameras, camera 1 is above the front door monitoring the entryway, camera 2 is mounted on the right side of the house monitoring the trash cans. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.

-CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
