Banner View Cabin located in Banner Elk, NC overlooking the beautiful valley of Elk River Club offers the feeling of secluded privacy while still being close to town, Beech and Sugar Mountain Ski Resorts, Hiking Trails, Fine Dining, Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster, Wineries and much more. This cozy cabin is everything you need for a fun weekend getaway!
This home is equipped with GE appliances, YouTube TV, internet, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and a dining area that will sit 4-6 people. Each bedroom has a King size bed and a full bathroom. Two outside seating areas including a multi tiered deck with hot tub.
The town of Banner Elk has four distinct seasons, and offers fun family activities all year long. As winter begins, Banner Elk helps thousands of families each year start a family tradition with many Choose-N-Cut farms for travelers to get a Christmas tree. Once the holiday festivities are over, the area becomes a ski town. Known as the Ski Capital of the South, winter sports enthusiasts flock to the area for skiing, snowboarding, and tubing at the area’s larger resorts, Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain which are both located only a few miles away! Spring and summer in Banner Elk is the perfect time to get out of the city heat. Enjoy a relaxing drive, hike, or picnic on the Blue Ridge Parkway, or take a trip to Grandfather Mountain. For outdoor enthusiasts, Banner Elk is home to many rafting and fishing outfitters, hiking and biking trails, and distinct golf courses. Wildcat Lake is also open to the public, and offers swimming, canoeing, and much more! Come see what the beautiful mountains of North Carolina have to offer!
Sleeping Accommodations: Both bedrooms have a king size bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Will sleep
total of 6 people!
Pet fee $25 per dog per night, 2 dogs max.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
