Perhaps most charming about the cabin is the wrap around porch, which boasts a breathtaking mountain view. Enjoy the view from any of the large rockers, outdoor dining table, gas grill, or the family favorite outdoor hot tub. You’ll also love the level backyard which is a perfect place to play or enjoy s’mores and nighttime family fun at the firepit. Although you’ll be tempted to stay outdoors all day, you’ll certainly want to check out the inside!
This cabin has high-end furnishings throughout, starting with the large living room with suede leather couches, large flat screen TV, DVD/CD player with stereo, gorgeous stone gas log fireplace, cathedral ceilings with skylights, and wide panel maple hardwood floors. The main level also boasts a fully-equipped, open, spacious kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, an eating bar with seating for 3, and a dining area with a family style table with seating for 8 adults. In addition, on the main level is a charming bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV with cable, and another bedroom with 2 rustic lodgepole pine twin-over-full bunks, TV w/cable, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, washer/dryer, and shower.
Upstairs is a sunny loft with a very large, comfy sectional sofa, another flat panel TV DVD and surround sound- perfect for family movie nights! A spacious master suite awaits you with king sleigh bed, a sitting area with TV & cable, a dormer with a working desk boasting a phenomenal view, and a roomy master bathroom with a sauna, double vanity tops, and custom tile shower.
Downstairs is a second living area with a corner, stone fireplace with built in large flat screen HDTV, a queen sleeper sofa, a game table area, and an adjoining master suite with King Shaker-style pencilpost bed, with cable TV, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo.
This house has all the upgrades you’ll appreciate, from high quality bedding and charming rustic decor, to the bathroom fixtures and upgraded fans and lights throughout. And did we mention the views? There isn’t a window that doesn’t have a gorgeous view. You’ll also find a library of reading materials, and a guest book with tips to make your stay more enjoyable.
Conveniently located atop Willow Valley mountain between Boone and Valle Crucis (just over 4 miles from downtown Boone), you are minutes from ASU, Tweetsie, Shoppes on the Parkway, Grandfather MTN, the historic Mast General Store, Valle Crucis Park, all 4 major ski resorts, numerous golf courses, and many other high country attractions.

Additional Notes:
-Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

-CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
