The main level is located one flight of stairs above parking and welcomes you with natural wood finishes and mountain-inspired décor throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features ample cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a memorable family dinner. Large kitchen windows frame the inspiring mountain and valley view, turning meal prep into a scenic experience.
The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area beneithe the loft and the great room, where vaulted ceilings create an open, airy feel. Comfortable furnishings are arranged around a striking wood-burning stone fireplace and a large smart TV—perfect for cozy evenings after a day of exploring the High Country.
Just off the great room, the primary suite offers a custom log king bed and a private ensuite bathroom for comfort and convenience.
Loft & Lower Levels
Upstairs, a loft overlooks the great room below and provides a fun and flexible space with foosball and a custom log twin-over-twin bunk bed. Adjacent to the loft is a queen bedroom with its own private TV and ensuite bathroom featuring a charming cast iron tub and shower combination.
The entire ground floor level is dedicated to the third bedroom, offering a peaceful retreat all its own. With a king bed, private TV, and easy access to a full bathroom just across the hall with a tub and shower combo, this space can be ideal for guests seeking a little extra space to themselves.
Outdoor Living at Its Best
The outdoor spaces are true Highlight of the home. The lower deck invites you to unwind and connect with family and friends. Ample seating, a hammock, and great views make it the perfect place to share stories and take in the mountain air. Just around the corner, a private hot tub awaits—perfect for soaking after a day in the mountains.
On the main level, the expansive deck offers an even more impressive vantage point of the view. Enjoy meals at the live-edge dining table, relax in classic rocking chairs, or sway gently in the chair swing as you sip morning coffee or evening drinks.
Just off the parking area, a stone fire pit provides the ideal gathering spot under the stars as you make s’mores and unforgettable mountain memories.
Whether you’re relaxing indoors by the fire, appreciating the deck views or washing away your stress in the hot tub, this St. John’s Ridge is the serene mountain escape you’ll want to return to year after year.
Important Notes:
- St. John’s Ridge is accessed by a very steep gravel driveway. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required year-round, and snow chains may be required in inclement weather, especially November through April. Low-riding vehicles are not advised.
- This home is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 well-trained and mature dogs with a pet rent of $25 per pet per night. Please do not allow pets on the furniture.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by contacting our team with at least a week’s notice. One night of firewood is just $25, including two wrapped bundles of split logs and a firestarter.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between
31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
