The Gilded Cincy-View Condo

The condo is located in a 4-plex building along 4th Street in Covington. On the first floor you will find a living-room, kitchen, full bathroom and two queen bedrooms. On the lower level is the family room with a foosball table and a couch that can be converted to a queen bed, and a half bathroom and laundry units for your use. Free street parking on the side-street is typically readily available, as well as an reserved space in the back of the building. Since some guests may find the nearby road noise to be somewhat of a nuisance, we provide a white noise machine for additional comfort while sleeping. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. Many restaurants, bars, and shops are within easy walking/riding distance in Covington, especially the popular MainStrasse/Main Street which has many local businesses you will love! And downtown Cincinnati is less than 2 miles away, so your entertainement options are practically endless! Guests are welcome to drive their personal or rental vehicles. There is are plenty of ride-share options or public transportation methods in the area as well. Guests who are able may also enjoy walking to the local sops and businesses right around the corner. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
