Guests will find a very comfortable, and cozy space in this 1-bedroom apartment. There is a queen bedroom; a full bathroom; and a combined kitchen, dining room, and living room. Guests have access to the entire studio apartment. Access is by door code on the street level, as well as a door code on the door of the apartment. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. You will find plenty of easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. The popular Covington Yard outdoor dining area is directly across the street and offers plenty of options for food and drinks. Plus there are numerous other establishments mere blocks away. The property is located along a one-way street leading directly to the bridge that crosses the Ohio River and ends up right between the Paul Brown Stadium and the Great American Ballpark in Downtown Cincinnati! There are plenty of options for guests to get around. Guests are of course welcome to use their personal vehicle. But public transportation and ride-share options are often readily available, as well as rentable scooters and bicycles in the city. And for guests who are able, walking is a great option for getting around as well. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Our interaction with you is minimal unless you need us. In that case, we can be there in minutes!
