Welcome to Good Day Sunshine! This large new home is masterfully decorated and fully furnished for families or groups of all ages from babies to adults. Tons of room for you to enjoy your family and create lasting memories under the southern Utah sunshine. Perfect for family reunions, sports teams, church groups, or just your weekend golf buddies. Located adjacent to Coral Canyon Golf Course. The patio area is secluded for private get-togethers.
There are two huge Master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). Both have a King bed, futon (double), TV, full private bathroom with tiled shower, huge walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 2 extra chairs, and patio access.
The living room has a large 55" flat screen with YouTube TV. There are comfy couches for 8 people to pamper you as you cozy up to the fireplace to relax. Enjoy YouTube TV and high-speed WiFi throughout the house. The patio has a table/umbrella and seating for 6 with a grill for tasty bar-b-ques.
The fully stocked, top-of-the-line kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals in functionality and comfort from the stainless steel appliances to the granite countertops. It has counter seating for 4 at the bar and a huge deluxe dining table with seating for 8.
All bathrooms are roomy, with plenty of towels, and hairdryers. Pool towels are provided in the house for use at the 2 large community pools and hot tub where you can soak up the sun.
Coral Ridge is centrally located in Washington Utah, just minutes away from downtown St. George, yet only down the road from Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, and amazing off-road trails for adventure! If you spend your day hiking in Zion you will love the two beautiful pools and hot tubs offered.
