This waterfront oasis nestled in the historic district of St. Augustine, moments from downtown is the perfect location for your next vacation! This home has been recently remodeled & boasts all new furniture, and every luxurious upgrade you could imagine.
THE DOCK
The dock has been redone and offers kayaking (age appropriate), with two kayaks and adult life vests, fishing, but please bring your own gear, a breathtaking view of the best sunrises Mother Nature has to offer, and is a minute by kayak to Bird Island for swimming or sunning at your almost private beach/sandbar where you will enjoy frolicking with Dolphin, rays, manatee and many beautiful birds in their own environment. A once in a lifetime experience! If you have your own watercraft 30 ft or under, motor or sailboat, you may bring it and dock at the house. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
- There are no pets allowed on the property.
- - The pizza oven outside is not for guest use.
- - The fireplace in the kitchen is for decorative purposes only. Do not try to operate.
- - The GFI to the dishwasher/disposal is located by the oven and might blow. Please reset if you are having trouble with the dishwasher or disposal.
- - The devices plugged in around the house are wifi boosters. Please do not remove them.
- - Please leave your shoes at the front door, no shoes in the home.
- - No smoking at any time in the home.
- - You do not have access to any locked doors on the property.
- - The ledge in the game room is for decor use only. Do not sit on it or lean back on windows as they are old and can be damaged easily.
- - Please use coasters/place mats on all furniture. They are scattered throughout the home.
