Located in a gated community close to Siriúba and Sino beaches, our 193m2 house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in 3 suites. The condominium has a shared swimming pool and sauna, and is surrounded by greenery. We are also close to the village, being a strategic place for walks and visits to restaurants. Upon entering the house, guests will find a well-lit and airy environment. In this first space, there is a TV room and a living room with armchairs and sofa. Because the house is all glass, the rooms are fully integrated into the external environment, which includes a wooden deck, ideal for enjoying days outdoors. From it, you have a view of a garden and a little river. In the same space as the rooms, we have an open concept kitchen with the necessary utensils for the stay. Going up the stairs, we have 3 suites, 2 of which are double and 1 with two single beds. We have WI-FI if you want to do a home office on the beach. We have 2 parking spaces available. The property contains stairs, therefore, we ask for attention with children, elderly and people with reduced mobility. The guest will have access to the entire condominium area, including the shared swimming pool and sauna. There is an agency that manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location. Residential neighborhood and surrounded by a lot of nature. The location is ideal for walks with the family and has easy access to several beaches. Siriúba, which is the closest beach, has restaurants and, as it has a calm sea, it is great for children. It is also home to the famous Balena Restaurant, known for its seafood dishes. In addition to Siriúba beach, it is possible to walk to Sino beach. All locations have infrastructure of kiosks and restaurants. We are close to the village, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, as well as being a very pleasant option for an evening stroll. It is also possible to travel by car to more distant beaches, such as Praia do Pinto, Praia do Viana and Praia do Pacauíba, just following Av. Leonardo Reale.
