I followed my heart and it led me to Captain’s Seaside Retreat at the beach! Our beautiful new cottage located in Property Manager is the "Tide" floor plan and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Captain’s Seaside Retreat is a dog friendly cottage, so all of your family members can enjoy your stay.
Let the sound of beach waves and the smell of the ocean air fill your hearts while you treasure happy memories during your vacation in our beautiful home. The "Captains Quarters", features the "Captain’s Bed", a gorgeous and extremely comfortable king sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet. Our "Crews Quarters" offers the comfort of a queen sized bed. Our home has an inviting open concept living area with ample lighting to read your favorite book, a large flat screen tv to watch your favorite movie or show, or relax by the warm glow of the fireplace. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
