This vacation home is built into the mountain along with the remains of the old Grandview Mill with a beautiful open floor plan concept, vaulted ceilings and upgraded kitchen appliances. The living area features large front-facing windows with views of the rich-colored soaring canyon walls and the Uncompahgre river located just across the road. A cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating welcomes guests to enjoy their favorite movie after a day of adventure.
The Primary bedroom, located on the main level, features a King Bed and a full bathroom located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom, located on the second level, features a Queen bed and a full bathroom located just around the corner. The cozy upstairs loft offers a Murphy Bed and Two Twin Beds.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
