NOTE: 4WD/AWD required in winter with snow tires (Thanksgiving through late March). Chains can be rented in the neighborhood for $30/day. The driveway cannot accommodate trailers. In winter the garage is not accessible to vehicles and 2-3 cars max can be parked in front of the home (far enough from the roof so snow does not fall on your vehicle). Outside of winter, 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage. Our custom built home features 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and sits on just over an acre and overlooks Columbine Lake. The home is perfect for multiple families with over 3,700 square feet spread over 3 floors with 3 separate living spaces. The huge deck with a dining table as well as an additional seating area is the perfect spot to relax any time of the day. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation.
