NOTE: 4WD/AWD required in winter with snow tires (Thanksgiving through late March). Chains can be rented in the neighborhood for $30/day. The driveway cannot accommodate trailers. In winter the garage is not accessible to vehicles and 2-3 cars max can be parked in front of the home (far enough from the roof so snow does not fall on your vehicle). Outside of winter, 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage.
Our custom built home features 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and sits on just over an acre and overlooks Columbine Lake. Just 1 mile from Purgatory Ski Resort and 25 miles from historic downtown Durango, the home offers privacy and seclusion. This home also features super fast Starlink WIFI, washer/dryer, garage with space for one car and tons of gear and a fully stocked kitchen.
The home is perfect for multiple families with over 3,700 square feet spread over 3 floors with 3 separate living spaces. The huge deck with a dining table as well as an additional seating area is the perfect spot to relax any time of the day.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
