The only points of access are via the main entrance gate of the island by car, through the marina by boat and through the two helipads by helicopter, all guarded, along with the entire area of the island, by a security patrol private 24 hours a day.
Additionally, the island is a Unesco protected area, which ensures that it continues to remain ecologically pristine, with noise and environmental pollution minimized.

Catering and concierge services are not provided as part of the villa rental.
Additional linen, additional towel sets, and additional cleaning requirements are not included in the rent and are a chargeable expense if requested by guests.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to Property Manager’s property damage policy.
