Located on a street typical of the neighbourhood and lined with handsome Victorian redbrick townhouses, you’ll be just minutes from Sloane Square — that luxury London hub of shopping, wining, and dining. Just roaming around here feels rather regal. Step inside though, and it’s easy relaxation all the way, with pristine, modern interiors and a host of creature comforts. Grand, period architecture gives way to slick, contemporary style in this hidden Chelsea gem. Situated on the second floor and spanning another two, there’s an impressive amount of space for a terraced apartment. It’s sleek, understated aesthetic is enhanced by a generous portion of windows and two large skylights. The jewel in the crown is certainly the top-floor living room, with its open-plan design, cushy L-shaped sofa, and generously-sized kitchen. And speaking of generously-sized, that TV absolutely invites a few good movie nights cosied up at home. There’s no scrimping on the bathrooms either, with three immaculate options available in cream tones. The bedrooms are all pared-back in design but boast ample natural light, storage space, and an indulgent TV apiece. This home really insists on you taking a few moments to rest and recharge. We love... The mod cons. Whether it be the underfloor heating, wine fridge, or Sonos speakers upstairs, this home affords the little luxuries that we all need after a busy day galavanting about town. And then there’s the location — with the quintessential elegance of Chelsea surrounding you, and the designer boutiques and upmarket eateries of Sloane Square down the road, there’s plenty to tempt you back out again. Home truths: There are quite a few stairs up to and inside this apartment — great for the step count but not suited to everyone. Tucked away in the family bathroom is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The third bedroom includes a trundle bed which can be pulled out to sleep two guests. There’s a useful desk spot in the second bedroom with a printer — both handy for remote working. You’ll probably be too busy admiring the view (or oogling the TV) to notice, but there are no blinds in the living room. The gas fireplace adds to the cosy look but doesn’t work.
