Villa Iside in Nerano

A unique and beautifully designed villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea Villa Iside is a brand new 300m² villa for 12, located in Nerano, with spectacular sea views. The layout of the villa is as follows. Enter the villa via steps from the street level and over a suspended glass-sided walkway. This leads into the first floor of the villa or the lower level of the outside space. The stairs are in original mass stone, while the entrance and outdoor spaces are in resin. The enclosed outdoor space extends over two levels. Plants are scattered round the sunny space which houses an elegant pool, sun beds and a built-in woodburning pizza oven and grill. There are also two Vietri tables each of 1.80x1.80mt. The first floor entrance leads to the main open plan living space where there is a large contemporary kitchen with windows and a 4-burner hob, double sink, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machines. The dining table seats 12. An external balcony is furnished with a small table, chairs and a sofa. A door leads directly to the steps outside. An internal marble staircase leads to the lower floor which can also be accessed from outside. Here there is a sitting room with corner sofa, cabinet with TV and a second kitchen equipped with a 4-burner hob, sink, oven and fridge freezer. French windows lead out to a furnished balcony with sea views which has access down to the main outdoor area. In common with all the balconies, the large roof terrace (170m²) is equipped with glass barriers to make the most of the wonderful sea views. The roof terrace is furnished with a small table, sofa, hot tub, sun beds and a large, covered fitness area with a treadmill, exercise bike and a gym bench. All the rooms can also be reached via an external staircase. There are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the top floor and 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom on the lower floor.
