Astonishing house on the front of Portopetro sea, composed of three independent apartments, offering accommodation up to 12 guests.
This wonderful house is situated on the front of the sea, for which reason, it is a real privilege to be able to sunbathe, on the 7 sun loungers, in the different terraces or to have delicious breakfasts contemplating the sunrise, feeling the sound of waves and the sea breeze. Although the best of all is that you have a ladder that gives you direct access to the waters from one of the terraces.
The construction comprises three independent apartments that make it just perfect to accommodate in both family or friends groups. The floors are placed as follows: floor -1, ground floor (access from the street) and first floor. Each floor has a living-dining room with satellite TV, its kitchen with gas hob, its laundry - with washing machine, iron and ironing board -, and its private terrace....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
