Lovely terraced house located just 200 metres away from the beach in Puerto de Alcúdia, where 5 guests will find their second home near the sea. Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the terrace before getting ready to spend the day in the beach. When you come back home, you can organise a succulent barbecue to enjoy outdoors at the porch and then you can have a coffee or tea while reading, feeling the scent of the sea and the warmth of the sun in your face. There are two sowers outside where you can wash the salt off or cool down quickly if you prefer to stay at home. This is a two storey house. The main floor offers a living room with two comfy sofas where you can relax while watching the satellite TV. The dining area, in the same room, features a table with chairs ready to enjoy the family meals. The kitchen is equipped with a gas top, microwave, oven and all you may need to cook during your vacation. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The first floor presents the 3 bedrooms, all of them with a closet, AC and direct exit to a beautiful terrace. One has a single bed and the other two bedrooms offer a double bed. The house also features 3 bathrooms, one with a shower which is downstairs and the other two with a tub are on the top floor. One of them has no window. There are two radiators to complete the equipment. And we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The location of the house is perfect. On the one hand, this is because it is only some steps from the sea and, on the other one, because all needed services like bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus, taxi and much more can be reached on foot. Regarding the beach, the one in Puerto de Alcudia is one of the most wonderful in the island thanks to its extension, white sand and crystalline water. You can also visit other stunning coves like Cala San Vicente or La Victoria. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
