Welcome to this beautiful and eco-friendly and sustainable country house with private pool in Montuiri. It offers accommodation for 6 guests.
The house is located within a farming and livestock holding, where there is work day after day. The gardened exteriors are beautiful. Everything around is green and flowered, with plenty of tress and plants which create wonderful corners where you can disconnect. The long shape of the pool, sizing 15 x 4 metres, invites to do some lengths. It is a salt private pool with a depth from 0.90 to 1.90 metres. In addition, there are 6 sun loungers and two sunshades, a rocking sofa to relax and a furnished porch. The owners take care of the environment and you will find solar panels at the property. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
