This incredible mountain retreat sits on over 20 acres and is filled with amazing views and countless amenities. With views of Mt. Hood, multiple ponds, and countless wildlife, there is something for everyone. Whether you are in the region to explore the endless activities and adventures on Mt. Hood. or the surrounding region, this home is one of the most special in the region.
**NOTE: During winter season it is HIGHLY likely snow chains will be required to reach the property.**
When you enter the home you will find a wonderful foyer that opens up on to one of the main living spaces and kitchen. This open layout connects with both the living and family room. The living room has some incredible views of Mt. Hood when the weather permits. The open kitchen and dining area is perfect for groups to enjoy the home and views together. Cozy up near the fire on some of the plush couches and relax to one of your favorite shows on the large flat screen TV. Every piece of furniture has been procured to provide you the perfect blend of comfort and style. The surrounding decks offer a fantastic setting to take in the surrounding beauty.
One great amenity is the spacious main level bedroom that has an oversized bathroom with dual sinks and a soaking tub. For additional sleeping arrangements you will find two other bedrooms downstairs. One of the bedrooms has an attached bathroom that has a sauna as well. Perfect after a long day of fun on the mountain! Just off the other downstairs bedroom is access to the lower level deck. There you will find the hot tub sitting to enjoy with some wonderful views as well. The hanging chain swing nearby is a favorite of many.
Upstairs is the loft area that has views of the home below and through the windows beyond. There are two queen beds and a bathroom. The beds are separated from each other and there is a full bedroom on this level as well. While not entirely private they offer a ton of flexibility for families. One feature everyone can enjoy is the high end air hockey game. There is also a table and some seating to play a game together.
★ Pets allowed: Pets are allowed with prior approval. There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
