Almost every room is bathed in natural light and each provides another unique view of the estate and surrounding hills. The 1000 bottle cellar is a great place to host groups up to eight.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
The group event room in the west wing was designed to offer a level of flexibility to families and guests with seating and layout options that are the perfect blend of comfort, style and usability. Three sides of the room can be opened to enjoy the patio and pool terrace.
