The condo is only a short 5-minute drive to Red Hook, where you can find some of the island’s best restaurants, bars, nightlife, and duty-free shopping. American Yacht Harbor is also a main launch point for numerous charter boat excursions. Anchorage 4 is not only just a few steps to the beach, but it is close to lots of the magic that St. Thomas has to offer! Additionally, there are also another 3 wonderful beaches within a mile!
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with one twin and one queen mattress. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large island with seating. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and may also be required to add a credit card for incidentals. If you'd like more information, please just ask and we'll be happy to explain. A damage deposit "authorization hold" will be placed 24 hours before arrival and released within 7 days of departure.
