Lake Time to Unwind
Spend your days swimming, boating, and soaking up the summer sun at this waterfront home on the southwestern shores of Lake Anna. Spacious and full of sunlight, this house has a private dock with a swimming platform, an open deck, a fire pit and a screened porch at the water’s edge.
Begin each morning with coffee on the back deck that runs the length of the house, where you can catch the sun coming up over Lake Anna. Head across the lawn to launch the two provided kayaks from the dock, returning home in time for a homemade breakfast prepared in the well-appointed kitchen.
This home is full of options for family entertainment, whether you’re hosting a lunchtime barbecue on the gas grill, watching TV and playing board games in the great room, or retreating downstairs to the open game room with billiards, foosball, Ping-Pong, and another TV. The HOA also hosts a private marina and tennis courts if you’re looking for a bit more activity.
At night, you’ll find that all bedrooms have TVs and attached bathrooms. Additional features include central air-conditioning throughout the house and a private washer/dryer for all your laundry needs.
