The home is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the neighborhood of Arborgate a short distance from the shoreline. In Perdido Key, memories are made on the soft white sand beaches and warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a bike ride along River Road to visit Sunset Grille, the Perdido Key State Park, or The Shops at Villagio. Swim in the nearby community pool, read a book on one of the balconies or play a round of golf on the greens at the Lost Key Golf Club located next to Arborgate. | | This home is certain to fit your entire family with its spacious main floor living and dining areas. The kitchen is furnished with all the essential items to cook up fresh veggies from the local farmer’s markets or today’s catch following a deep sea fishing excursion. On the main floor, there is a queen bedroom with a half bath, along with the laundry room that has a full-sized washer and dryer. The main area has a 52" flat screen HD TV/DVD player and games for family game nights. Additionally, there is free WIFI, a full-size washer/dryer and a patio on the front. Recently, new furnishings have been added to make your memories plentiful. The living area has a sleeper sofa best suited for kids and which can be used if necessary to accommodate the group. | | The second level you’ll find is entirely dedicated to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in tiled shower with a rainfall showerhead, and a large tub to soak away the sand between your toes. You even have your own coffee bar in the master bedroom! Another great feature of the master bedroom is a private second story balcony. The master bedroom also has a sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger families. | | The top floor of the home has two additional bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and Serta queen-size futon whereas the other features a set of bunk beds and a full-size bed. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and the hallway connecting the top bedrooms has another sleeper sofa as well. | | Sunset Grille, a local favorite restaurant is just a short walk up River Road with some of the best, you guessed it, sunsets in Perdido Key | The sugar-white sands of the Perdido Key beaches are within a 30-second drive, 5 minutes bike ride or 10-minute walk. | The Shops at Villagio are a great place for beignets in the morning, lunch at the Jellyfish Restaurant, ice cream at Herseys or some local shopping at the Gypsy Boutique and Artworks Gallery.
