Now you have the chance to make yourself at home in Africa’s finest futuristic masterpiece, where urban living blends with nature and time stands still. Booking form: On confirmation a booking form will be required to be completed and signed by the main tenant. Copies of all guests’ passports will be required on confirmation. Should a booking form not be completed we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Security deposit: The security deposit will be payable 30 days prior to arrival. An invoice will be sent to the tenant directly for the settlement. This deposit will be refunded into Tenant’s bank account within 20 (twenty) working days of the departure date specified within the agreement. Concierge deposit: Applicable to all extra services booked i.e. transfers, chef, butler, activities. The concierge deposit will be dependent on the services requested. Checkin instructions: Checkin will be between 14:00 and 18:00, should a late checkin be required it will be on request basis. A host will meet you at the property and hand over the keys.
